Hysteria Fest launched in 2022 with what was called “Year Zero” to test the market of a horror festival in St. Louis. The response was overwhelming and all screenings sold out months before the festival. in 2023, Hysteria Fest is opening up submissions to filmmakers and we welcome all of your best horror films, from all subgenres and types. It is a festival ran by people who are passionate about horror, especially films that push the envelope, and we are excited to see what filmmakers send us.
